Petr provides clients with comprehensive legal services in these areas. Petr has many years of experience in litigation and property disputes, a field he focused on even prior to joining the Bar while working at the Office of the Government Representation in Property Affairs and the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic. He represents clients before courts of all instances, especially in disputes concerning property, determination of ownership, and enforcement of damages against public authorities.

In the area of criminal law, he specialises in representation of the aggrieved parties and the defence of the accused. Associated with his criminal-law expertise is Petr’s focus on road traffic cases and infractions.

Petr received his master’s and bachelor’s degrees after graduating from the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Plzeň (Mgr.), the Police Academy in Prague (Mgr., Bc.) and the Faculty of Economics and Administration at the University of Pardubice (Bc.).

He started his legal practice in 2015, first as a trainee attorney-at-law, later as an attorney-at-law at Bělina & Partners.

He worked as the Head Lawyer at the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic in 2014 a 2015. In 2006–2014, he worked at the Office of the Government Representation in Property Affairs, where he held the position of Director of the Legal Services Department of the Prague regional office from 2010. He worked for the Police of the Czech Republic in 1991–2006.

Participation in the research project of the Ministry of the Interior VD20072010B19 “Development of new methods in the field of confiscation of proceeds of crime and the fight against money laundering”; co-authored publications on the management of assets seized in criminal proceedings (2007–2010)
