Vojtěch provides clients with comprehensive legal services in these areas. In commercial and civil law, Vojtěch focuses mainly on litigation, specifically representation of his clients in civil and arbitration proceedings. He also drafts and revises contractual documents, legal analyses and opinions and participates in debt recovery processes. In his work, he has focused on real estate and restitution areas.

He represents both employers and employees in labour-law disputes relating to employment termination and other employment claims.

He has experience in providing legal advice to contracting authorities in public procurement, including the administration of tender procedures, also for above-the-threshold contracts, and representation of clients in proceedings before the Office for the Protection of Competition.

Language skills – Czech (native), English, basic French

Vojtěch graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University where he received a master’s degree (Mgr.) in 2014 and a doctoral degree (JUDr.) in 2017.

He started his legal practice in 2014, first as a trainee attorney-at-law, later as an attorney-at-law at Bělina & Partners.
