Civil law, labour law, social security law, real estate and restitution, dispute resolution and litigation

Tomáš provides clients with comprehensive legal services in these areas. Tomáš drafts contractual and other documents and represents clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings. He prepares legal analyses and opinions. He has long been interested mainly in real estate and restitution issues, as well as social security issues.

For his thesis titled “The Development of the French Pension System”, he received the Marie Kalenská Award (2019) from the Czech Society for Labour and Social Security Law.

Tomáš graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University where he received a master’s (Mgr.) and a doctoral degree (JUDr.), both in 2019.

During his studies, he spent one year at the Faculty of Law of the University of Reims (France).

He is an external PhD student at the Faculty of Law of Charles University, Department of Labour Law and Social Security Law.

He started his legal practice in 2019 as a trainee attorney-at-law at Bělina & Partners.
