Labour law, family law, civil law, dispute resolution and litigation

Lucie provides comprehensive legal services to her clients in the areas of her expertise, including representation in court and administrative proceedings, drafting and review of contractual documents and preparation of legal analyses and opinions. Her main focus lies in the employment and family law matters. She is a lecturer in courses on labour law issues. She represents her clients in labour-law disputes relating to employment termination and other employment claims. Lucie also represents her clients in divorce proceedings, including property settlement.

In addition to her legal practice, she works as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Labour Law and Social Security Law at the Faculty of Law of Charles University. She complements her academic work with regular participation in international scientific conferences and contributions to professional journals. Lucie is a regular member of grant project teams at the Faculty of Law of Charles University (Cooperatio, Specific University Research (SVV), UNCE) and co-author of professional publications.

Language skills – Czech (native), English, Spanish

She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University where she received a master’s degree (Mgr.) in 2014 and a PhD in 2021.

She started her legal practice in 2012 and has co-operated with Bělina & Partners as an attorney-at-law on regular basis since 2019.
