Kateřina provides comprehensive legal services to her clients in the areas of her expertise, including representation in court and administrative proceedings, drafting and review of contractual documents and preparation of legal analyses and opinions.

Labour-law consultancy has long been her primary focus, alongside representing both employers and employees in labour-law disputes concerning termination of employment and other claims within employment relationships.

Language skills – Czech (native), English, basic French

She received a master’s degree (Mgr.) after graduating from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno in 2012, and a doctoral degree (JUDr.) from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2015.

She started her legal practice in 2012, first as a trainee attorney-at-law, later as an attorney-at-law at Bělina & Partners.
