(b. 1978 in Prague)
Graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. During his studies he underwent a year of studies at the Law Faculty of the University of Lund in Sweden and a half-year study programme at the Law Faculty of the University of Passau in Germany. He then completed a year-long study programme (L.L.M.) of European and International Commercial Law at the Europa-Institute at the University of Saarland in Germany. He has been working in the legal profession since 2003. He worked in the Prague branch of the international White & Case Law Firm until 2006. He was an Executive and Partner in Advokátní kanceláře Kříž a Bělina s.r.o. from 2010 to 2012. He is an arbitrator of the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic and a member of the Czech Bar Association's Control Council. From 2008 to 2009 he was a member of the Office for the Protection of Competition’s Appeals Commission for the area of public contracts. He is the co-author of the commentary to the Labour Code issued by the C. H. Beck publishing company.
He specialises in commercial, labour and European law and in public contract law. He provides clients with comprehensive legal services in these legal fields. He prepares contractual documents, represents clients in litigation and contracting authorities in tender proceedings. He has experience participating in mergers and acquisitions for foreign investors in the Czech Republic as well as in legal due diligence projects for prominent Czech and foreign companies. He speaks Czech, English and German.
