Graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University. She has been involved in the legal profession since 2012. She worked in Law Firm REHAK Legal until April 2019. She is an attorney and a lecturer at the Department of Labour Law and Social Security Law at the Faculty of Law of Charles University.
Lucie deals primarily with Civil law and Labour Law, within which provides clients with comprehensive legal services. She also focuses on Commercial Law and Intellectual Property Law. In the field of litigation she represents clients in court and administrative proceedings. While providing the legal services she also specializes in preparing and reviewing of contractual documents, performs legal analysis and prepares legal opinions.
Within her academic studies she regularly participates in international conferences and writes for specialized periodicals. She is a member of the Czech Society for Labour and Social Security Law. In addition to that she is a regular member of the research team of grant projects of Charles University Faculty of Law (Progres, SVV, UNCE) and co–author of several publications (Transference of Rights and Duties from Labour Relations When Changing Supplier, Service relationships and performance of work, Sharing economy – Shared legal issue?, Civil law of 21. century). She speaks Czech, English and Spanish.
